The Small, Minority, Women, and Veteran Business Owners (SMWVBO) Conference is a forum to develop relationships, acquire knowledge, and access opportunities that exist with public and private sector entities for the procurement of goods and services. The SMWVBO Conference is a forum to further enhance the knowledge of procurement staff of the availability and ability of local firms with the desire to do business.
